What file formats do you accept for giclée printing? How should I specify output size?
Please provide original-resolution files in TIFF or JPG whenever possible.
Use the file’s original color space: keep RGB files in RGB and CMYK files in CMYK.
Please indicate print size in the filename or folder name, for example 50*40.JPG (cm). If the ratio is not 5:4, we may apply a slight crop.
How should I prepare files for book production?
Set up your file to the final book trim size and include proper bleed. You may submit image files (JPG or flattened TIFF) or a PDF file.
Please make sure the original images are clear and free of defects. We print exactly from your source files and cannot retouch or modify them.
How should I prepare files for die-cut products?
We provide two delivery methods with different requirements:
A3/A4 rectangular delivery with cut lines 👉 Sample File
Small-sheet custom die-cut delivery 👉 Sample File
How should I prepare files for color + white ink output?
We support simultaneous color and white ink output on film, tracing paper, and silver card stock.
